EFC Group & Intermodal Tank Transport (ITT) announce their Indian joint venture – ITT Logistics India Pvt Ltd
EFC Group of Companies, one of India’s most respected and diversified supply chain and logistics conglomerates, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Intermodal Tank Transport (ITT), a globally recognised leader in ISO tank operations. This collaboration marks a milestone in India’s bulk liquid logistics landscape, with the formal unveiling of ITT Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. during a Corporate Trade Meet & Greet held on December 10, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport.
With more than 41 years of operational excellence, the EFC Group offers end-to-end multimodal logistics services including transportation, warehousing, container freight operations, reefer terminals and freight forwarding. The Group manages a formidable network of vehicles, catering to FMCG, chemicals, cement, steel, bulk commodities and specialised cargo across India. Its container and reefer terminals, including those at Nhava Sheva, further strengthen its integrated supply chain capabilities.

Tank Transport (ITT) is a global logistics entity specialising in the movement of bulk liquids in ISO tank containers through a multimodal combination of road, rail and sea. ITT operates a modern fleet of tank containers and provides services such as tank rental, cleaning, storage and freight forwarding for chemical, food-grade and other liquid cargo.
Following ITT’s global merger with Bulktainer (BTL), the combined entity ranks among the Top 10 ISO tank operators worldwide, with an extensive inventory of T11, T14, electric-heating and food-grade tanks. Through this joint venture, ITT India will significantly expand access to global trade lanes, enhance import-export capabilities, and offer the chemical industry an expanded product and service portfolio.
